The reporter’s words

This report is NOTabout street lighting (I'm finding Snap Send Solve very user-unfriendly). It IS about the developer of sections high on Clifton Hill shifting a boundary fence seemingly to avoid a large rock. For the past 40 years that I've been using the track between Panorame Rd and Summit Rd, this fence was straight and the walking track was close by on the east side. In the last week or so a 10-20m section of the fence has been moved sideways, increasing (I suspect illegally) the area of the new subdivision and wiping out a section of the old track. Please investigate and have the fence returned to where it was and the walking/MTB track returned to usable state.
