lockesly Ave opposite Jeers Reach AND Avonside Dr directly opposite.Every year the same unfriendly whitebaiters take over these 2 sites & leave rubbish here & ruin stopbanks,. This year camp fires(!!) set up on Lockesley Ave. As Halberg St resident it's infuriating they're allowed to do it year after year. complaints always made by many people but still continues. Needs to be stopped.
