The reporter’s words

Hi, Recent planned CCC works have been carried out on Guild St, Richmond berm to install in ground services. Upon completion of works it was averagely remediated with token portion of grass seed spread. In the following 2 weeks there has been no rain and zero maintenance. This means the current state is as is and will remain so for the remainder of summer if unattended. There is currently major road replacement works happening on the next Street over (Warden St) where new grass is being hydroseeded which is the only chance for grass seed to establish in these conditions. It take 10 minutes for same contractors to attend to this if coordinated! Not difficult ...... sort it
