The reporter’s words

Hi. I live on the corner of Kennedy’s Bush Rd & The Rocks. My problem is along the footpath on Kennedy’s Bush Rd. Since Fibre was installed along the footpath, we have had water oozing out of the ditch that was dug to lay the cable. We assum this is ground water & that it would improve over summer, but it is getting worse. As you can see, there is quite a puddle & it hasn’t rained here for days, followed by very warm weather over the past for days, but it never dries up, so the water must be pooling constantly. It was quite dangerous over winter, as this water would freeze over the footpath. We have checked our water tap, but this box is completely dry. What can be done.?
