Abandoned rubbish on berm - placed by number 91. Has been happening repeatedly for weeks. Sometimes it blocks footpath or cycle way. THIS MUST STOP - our street is constantly littered by this residents rubbish. They might think the berm is an ecodrop - but it is not.
