I know this is not the correct way to report someone who is parked 1m over the driveway, instead of 1m back, but not sure who you contact on the weekend to sort this stuff out. Sorry picture is on its side, but you can see the number plate. Also this is outside 37 Cornwell at 2pm sunday.
