The reporter’s words
At the top of the dog park there is a significant amount of old mans beard. I know it has been there for some time but it has grown so much and is about to cast its seeds. Every person and dog walking around this area runs the risk of taking seeds and plant material back to their homes. Maybe it is time to get rid of this problem. I once had it growing on my property and received a notice from the council to remove it and the problem was just a small amount in a hedge. I really don't want to be bringing it back again.
