LOTS OF TYRES ARE BEING DUMPED GPS location is : -43.6690248, 172.6254635 Described as leaving Teddington away from the harbor, turn right onto Summit Rd, pass 2 boulders painted white and then just past the corner there. Looks like they have been on the back of a trailer and pushed off.
