Reported Sunday, 10 January 2021 at 2:58 pm, 2, Lovelock Street, Dallington, Canterbury, 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Three kids emerged from this property dragging electrical rubbish across the road into the red zone. They then destroyed it with hammers. An isolated incident might be understandable but that corner is littered with things destroyed from these kids. A major hazard to other users of the red zone.
