The reporter’s words

Lovely to see people playing ball games in Bradford Park, Milton St end. These people use the plants as seats and squash them flat, leave bottles, old shoes, discarded clothing which I pick up on Monday or Thursday mornings after their evening games usually Sat or Sunday daytime or Wednesday . Could an asphalt area be provided? They pick branches from the trees to mark the corners of the court area. The last photo shows a magnolia tree struggling to survive as all the branches from this sapling have been ripped off for this purpose. Yes enjoy our parks but respect could be shown for this privilege. The City Cate lady said to contact you to provide a community member of staff to talk to them about using our special places. She is upset to see their care and work being destroyed.
