Reported Thursday, 5 May 2016 at 8:24 am, Woolston, 8062, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
There used to be a bollard at the entrance to Linwood Park from Mackworth St at the bridge which has been pulled out and left a gaping hole. It's a bit dangerous for people on bikes. Also adjacent is a stack of abandoned tyres that need removal.
