I spoke to council workers on our street about this berm needing maintanence (weeding). They checked the system & said it was designated as Parks & Rec crew, and to report via SnapSendSolve. (This isn’t a ‘light outage’ but This is the only option to choose under “Footpath” category.) Thank you. Yvette
