Reported Thursday, 4 February 2021 at 12:38 pm, 116A Saint Johns Street, Woolston, Christchurch 8062, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
I realize you may not be able to do anything as it is private property but it's a serious animal welfare issue. A bin overflowing with bags of dog poo in a paddock with horses. The bin is next to a popular public walking / cycling track.
