Graffiti
Reported Saturday, 6 February 2021 at 3:22 pm, 25C, Burgess Street, Sumner, Canterbury, 8081, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
My wife heard voices last night and could observe a person climbing on the emergency ladder attached to the side of the building. The building is deserted and not secure. It is an attractive nuisance that will draw more unwanted attention by vandals.
