No rain for sometime now, been really dry. Water flowing up & out of this drain on View Terrace ( pic attached) very clear and fresh, like mains water? some flowing down View Tce to Ramahana Rd, while rest flowing over council berm and exiting retaining wall (as per attached photograph) onto the driveway of 220 Centaurus Road. This is an existing and ongoing issue in the period I have lived here i.e. 2019 - present. Has been reported before and hadva council response more than a couple of times before.
