The reporter’s words
Note the new trees planted here in West Broken Run Reserve in 2018 with a Community Planting day, now overtaken by surrounding vegetation. I helped plant the 475 planted that day and more the next two winters. Why bother going to the trouble of planting out trees if there is no budget for ongoing maintenance. A waste of our Ratepayer money unfortunately.
