The reporter’s words
Be good to have someone engage with the teens using the skateboard ramp and area abd get them to clean their trash up. This is an encampment behind the container near the ramp. Perhaps using a carrot with a cleanup event followed by free sasauge sizzle cleanup paired with the threat threat the ramp will be chained up if it isant cleaned up?
