The reporter’s words
Rutland Street cycleway on both sides of the street has a large amount of gravel along its entire length and needs sweeping. It appears that when the sweeper clears this it merely sweeps it into a long line in the middle of the cycleway from where it gets re-dispersed. This needs to be addressed.
