Roading/Streets
Reported Saturday, 20 February 2021 at 3:55 pm, Waterloo Road, Canterbury 8042, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
traffic lights. the red arrows are active when no pedestrians or cyclists are crossing. this is a fault which occurs too often. I have complained soooooo many times. it holds up traffic enough that they hardly have time to turn.
