The reporter’s words
Halswell swimming pool change rooms were a health hazard at 6pm Saturday. Puddles of urine all over the floor, toilets qere blocked and overflowing, toilet paper thrown around the changing room. During a busy day I would expect toilets and change rooms to be checked at least every hour and cleaned as required, or at least every 3-4hrs. Disgusting.
