Illegal Campers that are taking their quad bikes out onto the Lagoon when low tide and tearing up the tracks set aside as walkways. Camping with NO toilet facilities in sight. It's NO CAMPING out here and possibly a Health and Safety concern as well. They are camped up at the End of Harbour Road next to Lagoon in the "Reserve" Area
