Roading/Streets
Reported Sunday, 21 February 2021 at 12:34 pm, 44, Massey Crescent, Saint Albans, Canterbury, 8014, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
1. The residents of 44 Massey Cresent have independently set up their own power supply, connecting from his house, tying it to the external council pole in photos and down to his external business (which is also surely not approved by council as it is parked on street). The wires cross over the front of our property at 42 massey cres as well as the obvious problem with touching council power lines. 2. In addition his shipping container trailer continues to be parked in the road, partly on the footpath with massive signage (should only be 1m squared i thought!) but more glaring issue is whether the council has approved for him to run his business from the street. 3. Cars visiting his business park outside our property. In addition we have had 2 near accidents reversing out or driveway due to a massive blind spot from this large trailer being right on the corner. This is not the first time we have complained about this, please get back to us either email or phone to advise what will be done about this!
