Over the past year or so we have noticed a massive increase in the severity of the shaking that happens in our house when buses and trucks are coming past our property. We have bedrooms at the back of our house ( around 30+metres away from the road) and the rooms shake ( like a small quake) every time a large vehicle comes by ( even upstairs). When I am in our dining room at the front of the house the crockery in our shelves is constantly rattling ( with cars as well as bigger vehicles as the road is always busy) I know that I can't put all the blame on this problem on the road ( our house is due for demolition in a year or so) but the problem seems to have got gradually worse over the last year and I am pretty sure that this coincides with the condition of the deteriorating road.
