The reporter’s words
Trees on the ridge line block up to an hour of our afternoon sun at this time of year. The address these trees are on looks like 54 Governors Bay Road, Cass Bay. The address is used as a commercial activity cassbayretreat.co.nz. Is there a by law that stops plantation owners being able to block residents sun light?
