Reported Friday, 5 March 2021 at 9:27 pm, Emily Heights, Moncks Bay, Christchurch 8081, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
someone casually mentioned to me anonymously that in any reasonable rainfall event, there is a risk that clay will be washed from the cliff at the bottom of Emily Heights, down into Cliff Street. Sorry i am vague on the technical detail here.
