I am following up on a report I sent April 20 - 2016 regarding the large pillars at both entrances of Glen Oaks Drive /Hampton Grange /Northwood that I have yet to have an acknowledgement or response from to date. Please read the report sent at that time as it then leads on to what I am about to further report. I together with my husband have once again cleared the weeds from the tops of the Glen Oaks pillars (16 in total) & have replanted the two lower pillars at our end of Glen Oaks Drive with Scarlet Flower Carpet roses in keeping with what had previously been planted (at our expense). My husband who had to climb the pillars to clear the weeds would like it to be noted that the pillars need to have URGENT repairs done to them in regards to loose block work & tiles. As the largest of these pillars are high & border foot paths well used by pedestrians any loose masonry becomes a SAFTEY ISSUE. Your timely attention to all of the above would be very much appreciated.
