Roading/Streets
Reported Saturday, 13 March 2021 at 5:40 pm, Summit Road, Teddington, Canterbury, 8971, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Hi, this road was in desperate need for a reseal as it was terrible. It’s had a few patch up jobs that were poorly done. Probably would have been better if they hadn’t done anything. Now in someone’s wisdom and at expense to the council and ratepayers you have decided to seal this road with chip seal. Why? I thought the idea of re sealing a road was to make it better not worse. The road is still very bumpy on a bike and a car. Now it’s worse than before because of all the loose gravel on it and nothing has been achieved. Why do you guys continue wasting money on these roads?
