The reporter’s words
Swale outside our house has water sitting after very short rainfall yesterday. Last time this happened the culvert at the end of Ferdinand drive was blocked. As you will see from the attached photos the water in the stream is very high and not flowing, therefore restricting the flow away in the swale.
