Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 25 March 2021 at 6:19 pm, 182, Antigua Street, Addington, Canterbury, 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The southbound roads from the city towards cashmere are a nightmare at evening commute. Can either Durham or Antigua be looked at? Durham should be no parking between moorhouse and brougham. The traffic goes from 2 lanes to 1 to 3. It’s ridiculous. Antigua onto moorhouse should be straight and either right or left- not both. The cycle lane prevents the left turn (especially when cyclists often run the red) and about 2 cars get to go straight per light cycle. I do not know who to address this to, but the traffic engineering needs to be changed. It’s ridiculous . Thanks for your consideration Damon Lane
