Graffiti
Reported Tuesday, 21 June 2016 at 12:37 pm, 68, Halswell Junction Road, Halswell, 8025, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
I passed an elderly man walking on Nicholls Road at 11.20am this morning while I was running with my dog. He was carrying a supermarket bag which appeared to contain quite a few paint spray cans. He wore a brown knitted hat & had a long white/grey beard. He was carrying a black walking stick. We have had a large amount of graffiti in our area so I thought I would report this person. I also noticed him walking on Halswell Junction Rd at 10.35am when driving home from getting petrol. The reason I noticed him earlier was that he was a large man who was having some difficulty walking, but wasn't using his walking stick.
