The reporter’s words

I've spoken to multiple council workers & ecan employees who have been out surveying the work on this flood bank about the state of the finished product who have agreed that it isn't of acceptable standard but yet nothing has happened. Approximately 2 years ago this was raised around 400mm to mitigate flood risk to the area but the top fill used was not screened soil which has prevented grass growth this has led to large stones being fired into properties when the area is mowed. I know of one neighbour who has suffered a broken window from this, I'm tired of the constant dust storms every time the wind picks up. When we moved into this area this was a well manicured grass bank which was enjoyed by the residents but it is now substandard. I look forward to your response.
