parking on footpath right beside a playground, a pond and a basketball court. disrupting the ability of children on bikes/scooters, parents with prams and people in wheelchairs cars reversing onto a,narrow road, on a bend with blind spots eith lots of moving children is it possible to get yellow lines to make people reconsider their parking choices
