The reporter’s words
Neighbor is still dumping branches under the large gum in the green space, we see a lot of teens here smoking and are concerned about them flicking there butts, and the rats. You can tell that these branches are cut. From his gums on his property. He needs to be serviced notice to stop. Also concidering the amount of kids who can be in this area is this storage outside his hedge legal. I saw kids rummage threw it and was concerned for them. Is the stored items on his property or in the green space?
