Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Monday, 18 July 2016 at 4:04 pm, Clifton Terrace, Clifton, 8081, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
The I love Organics Waste Management refuse truck has held up the peak hour traffic for more than 4 minutes, from Clifton Terrace, while picking up eight or nine green rubbish bins on the hairpin corner on Clifton Terrace. The ensuing issue is not only the blockage of the road traffic which backs up below the truck and the traffic which backs up above the truck wanting to get down the hill, some of which are construction tracks and vehicles with trailers. There is no option to pass. Can the collection of rubbish be carried out prior to 7 AM in the morning or at least not at 8:38 AM in the morning, please. Thank you
