The reporter’s words

Flooding due to heavy rain and fallen leaves. I have just raked leaves out of the gutter in front of my house and our neighbours on either side, as well as on the opposite side of the road. This is something that should be sorted by the council in my opinion, since it is on the road, and creates flooding issues in our area. can something please be done? Also our germ and front yard get covered in leaves from the trees on our berm. we have to remove those regularly as well, but of course that does not prevent them from dropping on our berm and front yard again.
