Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 20 May 2021 at 8:28 am, Ferniehurst Street, Canterbury, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
As a Rate payer, I hate to see the council wasting money. Can I ask why the CCC spend money on sending staff out to water the new roadside plantings on the new Uni cycleway. This was the day after we had the biggest downpour of rain for sometime. Poor management I am thinking? I hate complaining, but I have seen so much wasted money on this particular cycleway as it goes right past my place and is on my preferred walking route. I am never sure how to help and/or advise someone. This seemed the best forum. Have a great day.
