The reporter’s words

I have sent three incident reports on this and would like to thank the last person for doing a comprehensive assessment in solving the problem. While it was a shame that this took months to resolve having the water pipes in the house behind us fixed now means that we have no water constantly running outside our house. The remaining issue however is that when it rains and all of the water comes down the valley there is a massive pool of water sitting outside our house. Given that winter is fast approaching I am concerned about taking my 16 year month-year-old daughter for a walk in winter when it is cold in the mornings as we will have sheet ice outside our driveway. I have spoken to the people who came to investigate the road and have been told that this problem can be easily fixed. The pooling is happening as a consequence of changes in the road due to the earthquakes. Can this please be leveled Before winter arrives so that we can safely exit to and from our house. Once again thank you to the guy who most recently attended the site to resolve the issue. I look forward to the remaining concern being addressed before we receive heavy rain.
