bus stop opposite 53639. The temporary bus stops, both sides of the road, were recently moved. Both positions are not good. Both positions were safer where they were. The issue I'm highlighting for action asap, is that, sadly, the tree opposite 53639, needs to be trimmed. The branches scrape every bus that stops there. And, in at least 50% of my drop-offs, the tree actually comes in to the open rear bus door, branches eye level. the driver has to move the bus, or we have to disembark via the front door exit. The branches are a health and safety issue, and they must be damaging the buses. The moved 53639 bus stop, has now lost its line of sight to the coming bus. There is now a tree well in the way. The bus driver can't see us until very close proximity. To avoid this, we passengers need to step out onto the road. Sadly, this tree ought to be removed, as this is a health and safety issue. I love using our bus service to take me to and from my work at ChCh Hospital. However, I am conscious of safety factors. Thank you. Hayley Stewart
