The reporter’s words
Council facility - the windows at the New Brighton Library are terribly dirty. I have been checking them every week this year and have not seen them cleaned at all. Given that next week is June surely they are due at least a 6monthly clean! I understand they are likely to get dirty quicker due to the coastal location but I've yet to see windows this dirty at any other library across the city!
