The reporter’s words

Three cars parked in restricted zones outside Isleworth School entrance. The front car is parked on dotted yellow lines. The white car at the back does this every morning and every afternoon. I know this because the owner of the car abuses me every time as I take photos as I pass. Given the recent article about car/children's/pedestrian safety out side Christchurch schools (https://i.stuff.co.nz/national/education/125414188/parents-slam-terrible-parking-at-christchurch-school-after-student-injured?cid=app-android) this HAS to be addressed better than a pair of parking wardens when some happen to be available. This issue is chronic throughout Christchurch schools and causing injuries. As the authority of these parking restrictions, what are you going to do? Because business as usual is ineffective, and new strategies need to be implemented, before more children and families get hurt.
