Reported Wednesday, 7 July 2021 at 9:57 am, 29 Major Aitken Drive, Huntsbury, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This is a stormwater drain in coronation reserve. Detergent from waste water is entering the system somewhere upstream. This is not 'biological ' foam and is from a synthetic surfactant. This is not the first time it is apparent that waste water is entering this stormwater system.
