The general impression is this is shite from someone in the auto industry. There is a high probability there is evidence in these bags. Some naming and shaming is warranted. This is opposite Bank Ave School. It includes hazardous waste, and is in close proximity to the stream. Some bags are very heavy. It warrants a prosecution.
