The reporter’s words
There is a broken tree brach dangling dangerously up high on a tree by the river and next to the bridge in the Waiwetu Reserve. The tree constantly drops branches and is in general poor shape and health and should be removed. It is in a high traffic area as lots of children play underneath it by the river without realising the public safety issue above them.
