Roading/Streets
Reported Wednesday, 21 July 2021 at 12:52 pm, Queen Elizabeth II Drive, Shirley, Canterbury, 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
QE2 Drive. There are three significant and dangerous raised areas in the footpath/cycle way that need attention. A friend fell off her bike last week going right over the handlebars when she encountered one of these unexpectedly. See circled areas in photo. Two are raised uneven areas going fully across the path, one is a short, steep ridge also going right across the path. All are in shaded areas making them difficult to see in time to take evasive action.
