Roading/Streets

The reporter’s words
Just had a cycle collision at this intersection. It’s super dangerous. When exiting from the cycleway/ footpath under the bridge you cannot see what is on your right at all. It’s totally blind. I rung my bell, have a full set of lights and luckily crept out slowly (because you can’t see what’s on the right) but someone coming down the slope towards halswell hit me. Is there any chance you can trim the foliage so there is some visibility given or perhaps put up a convex mirror to see around corner (see what’s on your right when exiting)? Pedestrians use this also and it’s super dangerous for them due to the lack of visibility and high speed that cyclists enter that dip. Thanks so much
