Is parking intended to be permite on Waimairi Rd alongside Waimairi Stream? There are no broken yellow lines forbidding it and there is not enough room for safe parking and traffic. Nevertheless the last couple off mornings a vehicle has been parked approximately opposite 285 Waimairi Rd partially blocking the footpath and the verge. This question covers the section opposite 267 - 291 Waimairi Rd.
