The reporter’s words
This trailer, belonging to our neighbour, has been parked on the street at the boundary of our two houses since early December last year; and is visible from our bedroom window. The neighbour (@ 17 Rosebery St), told me it was for him to sell things at the Riccarton markets, but it’s never moved. He has it chained to the power pole. He’s not able to put it onto his property as his property is loaded with other junk… including another trailer that he previously used to store stuff on the street and was asked to move it. He just bought a new trailer and carried on hoarding junk. Please can something be done about this? Thank you.
