Reported Friday, 20 August 2021 at 9:26 am, 32 Alpha Avenue, Strowan, Christchurch 8052, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Just noticed this leaking this morning....there is water bubbling from under that yellow lid......in street garden of no:36 Alpha Ave. Not sure why....although could be linked to workmen working on repairing water mains outside No:28 Alpha Ave.....a couple of weeks ago.
