The reporter’s words
I was walking with my baby asleep in the pram and was unable to fit past the vehicle on the grass due to tree stumps. As I reluctantly went to step onto the cycle lane, a man on a scooter almost collided with me because I could see or hear him coming. Very dangerous parking. I went onto the property to ask the vehicle owner to move and he refused so I said I would report him as it was dangerous and illegal.
