Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Saturday, 11 September 2021 at 2:33 pm, 16 James K Baxter Place, Addington, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Tyres dumped at end of James K Baxter Place in garden of Norman Kirk Courts carpark at the base of the massive overgrown oak tree. Please clean up. If council would look after THEIR own property this would help illegal dumping. This whole garden and walkway needs to be clean and cleared. Far too many trees/shrubs, unkept and also tree branches over boundary fences and in power lines.
